Sometimes we feel very weak without energy for no reason, we often get tired or feel weak by just doing things without force or energy, this is often because of our food, the lack of nutritious food leads us to fatigue.
In this article, we want to show that in our daily food, we can include certain types of fruits, vegetables and dietary supplements in smoothies, in order to re-establish our energy, to renew and walk daily with the potential we need to exercise our daily work.
Here are a few drinks, six types of energy drinks with no artificial coloring’s or preservatives, which guarantee a good quality of life and healthy body.
Ingredients and preparation of your homemade energy drinks:
- Orange and Linseed Oil
- 3 tablespoons of linseed oil
- 5 oranges broken down into wedges
Put the orange wedges and 3 tablespoons of flax seed oil into the blender.If Linseed oil is not available, it may be replaced by hemp oil, add a glass of cold water to liquefy the ingredients.
Orange is rich in vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. And linseed oil lowers cholesterol, protects against heart disease and controls high blood pressure.
- Spinach and Banana
- Two to three leaves of spinach
- 4 bananas
- Glasses of cold water
Put the chopped bananas and spinach into the blender and add water moderately. This will give potassium, magnesium and phosphorus in a completely natural drink.
- Coconut Water and Spirulina (The Cocolina Drink)
- ½ tablespoon of flour spirulina
- 500 ml of coconut water
Add ½ tablespoon of flour spirulina in a jar or bottle, then pour 500 ml of coconut water and shake to mix the ingredients and get your drink which is rich in potassium, B vitamins, B1, B2, B6, magnesium and amino acids.
- Almonds, Flax and Banana
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 30 grams of almonds without skin
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 leaves of cabbage
- 1 ripe banana state
This healthy drink from fruits and vegetables, is the momentum of the beginning of your day. It is advisable to drink it in the morning as protein-rich breakfast.
- Lemon and Orange
- 30 ml of lemon juice
- 60 ml of orange juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- Natural sugar or sweetener
- 900 ml of cold water
This drink is prepared by adding lemon and orange juice in a jar with other ingredients stirring to dissolve the small amount of salt and sweetener.
Frost and drink it, it is advisable to take this during the exercise itself.
- Cinnamon and Almond Milk
- 1 cup almond milk – 1 tablespoon flour bitter cocoa
- A little vanilla extract
- A little cinnamon or fragments
- Sweetener or honey to your preference
This is a good source which is rich in magnesium, antioxidants and caffeine acts as cocoa. Almond milk generates a natural sugar and is rich in calcium. Cinnamon works as an energizer and flavor like honey and sweetener apply on our drink.
