There is insufficient evidence that citrus fruits are migraine triggers. However, there are many people who have complained of having a migraine after eating oranges, lemons or grapefruits. For that reason we have considered it in this list

Studies have shown that foods with high quantity MSG can cause migraines. Up to 15% of people have suffered from this.

Eating too cold food and cold drinks can trigger a migraine attack. If you have to eat, do it slowly
